Our company supports all recycled materials for packaging unfortunatelly for fragile items there is still not available in the market fully ecological wraping option that would guarantee that the product reach you in safe conditions.

Our orders are send out of Spain and we use UPS as our preffered shipping company. Within EU countries you should receive your order in 3-5 working days once it left our storehouse.

In case you would like to return us your order, you will have 15 days upon receipt to send us your return request.
